Jaime Grandstaff has had a successful accounting and audit career in both the private and public sector.  She is the former Executive Director of Administration at Dickinson, Mackaman, Tyler & Hagen, P.C. (Des Moines, Iowa) where she was responsible for the firm’s management functions, including financial management, personnel, administrative policies and procedures, information technology, marketing, facilities management, professional liability and human resources

Prior to joining Dickinson she was a Project Leader at MidAmerican Energy Company managing 20 – 25 audit projects annually in which process improvements and compliance evaluations were provided for numerous business platforms and industries within the holding company, Berkshire Hathaway.  She was also Senior Auditor, Audits and Evaluations for the Office of the Inspector General, Tennessee Valley Authority in Knoxville, TN.
